Tos can be altered at any time.Failure to follow TOS can result in refusal to do future commissions, as well as a ban from my server.Please read this carefully and all the way through.I only work with adults.Public List
All commissions will be put on my trello, to keep people updated on whos Infront of them and what im doing. I will specify what im making unless requested not to.
Please tell me in the beginning if you do not want specific things to be listed let me know.

I only use paypal. Do not add any note that implies this is a commission, Paypal hates artists.
I take 100% money upfront. This money isn't going to be used before the commission is done.
Larger payments, or needed payment plans may apply to specific cases, Talk with me about it if necessary.I am willing to edit the commission as I go, but after a certain amount if it makes me go back and forth between programs, depending on the scenario I may charge extra.This is based on more extreme cases of approving something at the prime time to change it, then asking me to go back. I'm willing to do this but not if its over and over.REFUNDS
If the avatar is completely done I will not give a refund for any reason.
If something goes wrong in my life that requires me to stop working completely, I will work with the customer to figure out the best option.
Refunds will be based on how far i've gotten and the reason of needing a refund.If you disappear without payment when a model is done, I have the right to edit it and resell it or put it as a public.People I will NOT work with.
I have the right to decline a commision for any reason.
I will not work with people who Rip avatars, spread files, or use stolen files from innocent creators. We work hard, people who do that actively harm us and our income.I will not work with people who are Homophobic/Transphobic/Racist/Ableist or people who support Trump/ICE.I will not work with "BabyFurs" or "DiaperFurs"
I will not work with Pedophiles/ZoophilesI will not work with people who use Ai. Do NOT feed my work into an Ai generator, if you do I will not work with you again.
This includes: ChatGBT,Grok,C.Ai,Chai, ANYTHING GENERATIVE AI.Wait times
I do not currently have a estimation on how long a commission will take. Sometimes I work faster, other times im a bit slower.
Please understand that I do these based on motivation as to not burn myself out. I will keep you updated as I work.Sometimes life gets in the way, I can pause the commission at any time if necessary for any reason.I am in EST, and any updates may appear in the middle of the night. You do not need to answer these right away, But it's a warning that I stay up late for my timezone.I want your commision to come out as close as possible to the idea in your head, so normally if I ask for approval on something I will not move on until you are happy with it and have confirmed it is ok.Models
If I do not own the model, it will be apart of the price to buy it for me.
Commissioner and I must both own the model(s) being used within a commision unless there is a rare case of the model not requiring it.
Commission must follow all model(s) TOS.
I will not put any hate speech on an avatar.Uploading
I am willing to upload it to your account for you, within comfortability. Change your password beforehand and after, I do not need whatever your normal password is.
Otherwise, a unity package containing everything set up for the avatar will be provided.
Not a project, you will have to import the SDK and anything else necessary for the avatar.
I can give you the substance save or psd export if requested.
You may edit whatever I give you but still credit me.
If you edit the avatar to have anything against my TOS I have the right to remove you from my spaces, and not work with you again.
(I don't care if you put NSfW on it as long as your a adult, and it isn't pedophilic/zoophilic)The process
A general idea of how the commission will go.Please come to me knowing what you want, I am willing to do artistic liberty and help on design edits, but having a clear vision greatly helps me know what I am doing.
Provide a reference sheet or a mood board (in cases of Artistic liberty), As well as whatever toggles/base edits you are wanting, and tell me the avatar base you are wanting.
I will clarify things if I don't understand.
I will tell you when I am ready to start, and send you my paypal link. After payment I will start as soon as I can.
I will send you updates as I go along, and sometimes I will pause until you give me the thumbs up on something.
At the moment, I work one at a time. I am not used to using a trello but I am going to attempt to start it and keep it updated.
